UBNShop Technicians will assist with configuration of devices remotely of your devices. Purchase this service and a Technician will contact you as soon as possible. Make sure you have the appropriate network details ready for when the technician contacts you.

Typical Information Required:

• Device Configuration Type: Station or Access Point.
• Device Name/s: i.e. Access Point (AP)1, Station (ST)1
• Device IP
• DHCP: Yes or No.
  • If Yes: IP Range Required
• Gateway IP: i.e. Router IP Address
• SSID
• Security Code
